In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) is expensive in the United States of America just as medical expenses. I had contacted several clinics. Most of them wanted a consultation fee ($300-$450). I was told I’ll need a minimum of $10,000 just to start the exams. This does not include treatments or medications.

My chance of conceiving and hopefully giving birth to a child was slimmed considering my low-income status and my age (45 years young).
